The Builder

Company History

In 1976, Albert Quartararo and his father built their first estate home in Urban Farms, Franklin Lakes, NJ, when there were still farms there dating back to the 18th century. Working with his father, Albert learned the value of integrity and commitment and that seeing a project through to completion is always the right thing to do, no matter what the cost to the builder.

Albert remembers his father's building practices:

"If the Town Building Code requires a minimum of 2 yards of concrete for a house footing, pour 3, these homes are not minimum."

With the emphasis of quality workmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction, Al Q Homes has grown into one of the premier builders of residential and commercial properties in Bergen County.

"I spend a great deal of time with each client and take pride in building the house their way. Many are first time home buyers who look to me to walk them through the home building process. I help them pick a plan that suits their needs and find a lot that is suitable for that plan."

Builder and CEO of
Al Q Home Builders, Inc.
